Here we go again: İstanbul cup begins

The Sony Ericsson WTA Tour İstanbul Cup 2009 tournament starts today at the newly constructed ENKA Sadi Gülçelik Arena in İstinye and will run through Aug. 2.
Turkish interest in tennis has risen considerably in recent years, hence why the İstanbul Cup organizers and sponsors aim to make Turkey a world tennis power and ensure that the tournament attracts worldwide interest. It is therefore not surprising that this year's İstanbul Cup has received more coverage than the four previous tournaments. All roads lead to the ENKA Arena, starting today, in what is expected to be a fast-paced and action-packed championship. Don't miss it!
