FESTIVALS  George Benson and his orchestra wrap up the 16th İstanbul International Jazz Festival with a concert titled "An Unforgettable Tribute to Nat ‘King' Cole" tomorrow evening at the Cemil Topuzlu Open-air Theater in Harbiye.
 The Sixth Gümüşlük International Classical Music Festival runs until the end of August in the southwestern hamlet of Gümüşlük near the holiday resort town of Bodrum.

EXHIBITIONS

 The works of 10 contemporary Korean artists are on view until July 30 at the “Farklı Bir Benzerlik: Denize Doğru” (A Different Similarity: Towards the Sea) exhibition at Santralİstanbul energy museum and contemporary art center in İstanbul's Sütlüce quarter.

 The 28th Contemporary Artists İstanbul Exhibition, featuring the works of 20 Turkish artists, runs until July 31 at İstanbul's Akbank Art Center in Beyoğlu. The center is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

 "Travel to the West: 70 Years of Turkish Painting (1860-1930)," a group exhibition of paintings by major Turkish artists from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, is on view until Aug. 2 at the Sakıp Sabancı Müzesi (SSM) in İstanbul's Emirgan district.  “Lisbon: Memories from Another City,” a collection of paintings depicting the Portuguese capital by Portuguese artists, can be viewed until Aug. 2 at the SSM.

 The İstanbul Painting and Sculpture Museum at Dolmabahçe Palace is showcasing a selection of paintings and sculptures from its permanent collection in a show titled “Serginin Sergisi” (The Exhibition of an Exhibition) until Aug. 28. The museum is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 The Evin Art Gallery in İstanbul's Bebek district is displaying a group exhibition of the works of all artists from its permanent collection, including Nuri İyem, Neş'e Erdok, Nedred Sekban and Hakan Gürsoytrak, until Aug. 29. Tel.: (212) 265 8158

PERFORMING ARTS

 İstanbul's Çıplak Ayaklar modern dance company presents "Engin-Ar," a joint production with the French hip-hop and modern dance company C Dance C, on Wednesday at the ENKA Open-air Theater in İstinye as the closing act of this year's ENKA culture and art summer series. The performance starts at 9:15 p.m. Ticket price: TL 23.50

 A multinational production of Israeli director Amos Gitai's “The War of the Sons of Light against the Sons of Darkness” will be staged on July 31 and Aug. 1 at İstanbul's Rumeli fortress on the Bosporus coast. Ticket price: TL 67.50, TL 45.50

 The Anadolu Ateşi (Fire of Anatolia) dance company presents its revamped show “Anadolu Ateşi -- Evolution” every Tuesday and Friday at the Gloria Aspendos Arena in Antalya. The shows start at 9:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at www.biletix.com.

FILM SCREENINGS

CONCERT
