Change in weather on its way this weekend

Rain is expected in many provinces over the weekend. The north will also experience windy weather.

While sunny weather has predominated during the week, wetter weather is expected over the weekend. The northern parts of Turkey will be windy, and rain is expected in many provinces.
 Many parts of the Marmara region, including İstanbul, will be cloudy with temperatures of around 25 degrees Celsius. Periodic showers and thunderstorms are expected in many of the region's provinces.

The Central Anatolian region, from Ankara to Kırşehir and from Konya to Sivas, will see occasional rain, mostly towards evening. Northwesterly winds will affect the Aegean region from Çeşme to Bodrum during the weekend. It will be cloudier than the coast further inland. In the Mediterranean region, the weather will be sunny in coastal areas, while sudden summer showers are expected inland during the weekend. Southeastern Anatolia will be windy and cloudy, and showers are also expected. In eastern Anatolia, Erzurum, Kars and Van will see some rain as will other provinces in the region. In the Black Sea area, the northwesterly wind will reduce temperatures and rain is expected.
