Life of Atatürk's mother to be made into feature film

The life story of Zübeyde Hanım, the mother of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the modern Turkish Republic, will be made into a feature film, the Anatolia news agency reported.
The project is being developed by Serpil Öztürk, who told Anatolia that the movie's screenplay is currently in the works. No decision on the movie's cast and director have been made, but talks with several directors are under way, Öztürk said.
