Nine arrested, seven released in Ergenekon probe

An İstanbul court arrested early Sunday nine people and released seven others, including former Secretary-General of the National Security Council, in Ergenekon probe.
The former Secretary-General of the National Security Council General Tuncer Kılınç and and retired Colonel İlyas Çınar was also released by the court.
Former head of Police's Special Forces İbrahim Şahin was among those who were arrested by the court.
Three detainees, including another retired colonel Hüseyin Vural, are still waiting for the court decision.
