Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç is paying a visit to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, to take a leading role in the third meeting of the “Friends of Yemen,” the Anatolia news agency reported on Tuesday.
According to information released by the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Arınç will attend the ministerial-level meeting together with his delegation. A statement from the Foreign Ministry noted that Turkey supports the political transformation in its brother country Yemen and will contribute to the successful implementation of the process at both regional and international levels.

Turkey was among the founding members of the “Friends of Yemen” and is a dynamic participant, making a considerable contribution to the activities of the group.
